Thirty years ago, I founded a small child care center which I grew into a nationally recognized, awarding winning company with 2 sites, 300 clients and 70 employees. I had also served as the president of the MONTCO Chamber of Commerce and chairperson of the Perkiomen Valley Chamber of Commerce. As a business leader, I had the opportunity to attend many fine government, corporate and academic conferences.
Last fall, I sold my company and began a new career-teaching high school students who are interested in careers in early childhood education.
