Deciding to get a life coach is not something most people decide in an instance. It is normally a process that is caused by a moment of brilliance that people want to repeat. So how do you know if you are ready to deal with a coach or if you should get one to work with?

Your belief system is part of what controls the choices you make, how you behave and the options you think you have at any given time. Having more options – Since you are always making the best choice available to you at any given time you have to make a decision or choice, a key element in changing the options available is by giving you more of them. The individual choices you have made to this point have always been the best option for you, and these options have gotten you to where you are right now. Change is not always a long term process; big changes can be made with a single decision, given that you have the right options to choose from to make the change.
