| How do you know that you have set a goal that you can reach? |
Goals are also known as outcomes, they are the key to everything you want to accomplish. There are certain steps to setting a “good" vs. a “bad” outcome or goal. Setting a goal is not just setting a goal, you can set a goal to be a computer genius for example, and then sit on your couch all day. Nothing will happen because your mind doesn’t know what it is supposed to do, if the outcome wasn’t set in a way your mind can fully understand and believes it can reach. |

| Often when I am working with people it is the tiniest thing that seems to be holding people back. Some of these people have accomplished great things in their lives and have every reason to be fulfilled, yet it´s the pebble that trips them from reaching that. |

| Blame the self help gurus for saying that change is easy! |
This may sound interesting coming from someone that would be considered a self help guru, yet I hear this so many times from people. I tried one of them self help book and it didn´t change anything, they all say the same thing anyway and it´s not going to help me. Ever hear people make those kind of comments? I am pretty sure most of you have, if you haven´t made them yourself.
